EMPATHETIC LISTENING ONLINE COURSE

Opening ways to empathetically listen offers new points of connection with customers and co-workers. As listening becomes more generous, participants will find they have more energy and optimism for daily interactions. Changing the listening changes the response, which changes the outcomes.

1. Participants will discover how they unconsciously filter their listening and be empowered to make adjustments by shifting what they listen for.

2. Participants will be able to recognize the assumptions and root causes of misunderstandings to prevent escalation in tense situations.

3. Participants will become aware of their impact and how the way they listen creates an environment for engagement.

TRANSFORMING TRAUMA THROUGH CONNECTION ONLINE COURSE

Given the current crisis, it is fair to assume that everyone has experienced some level of trauma: feelings of powerlessness, confusion, anxiety, frustration or loss.

Front-line teams need to be equipped to navigate the messy and unpredictable effects of this pandemic. In this delicate balancing act, we must find way to communicate care while creating a container for safe interaction, especially when emotions are high.

In this interactive program, participants will become equipped to walk with customers through their anxiety and fear and come out on the other side feeling supported.

1. Participants will learn specific breath techniques designed to engage the parasympathetic nervous system and create calm in the body.

2. Participants will be equipped to step into unpredictable or emotional situations with empathy and confidence.

3. Participants will learn how to embrace the tension of wanting to 'fix' a situation and lean into being present and creating connection.

This 3 day, 2 night retreat in Sonoma County's wine country will give you the challenge and the space to re-energize and prepare for the future. The retreat incorporates 4 two-hour coaching sessions and your choice of gourmet meals, hikes, wine tasting, and other experiences tailored to your personal interests.

CULTURE SURVEY

The purpose of this process is to:

1. Listen for the cultural conversations within the organization

2. Hear what is wanted and needed by the management team

3. Identify patterns in the culture

4. Allow opportunity for any undisclosed conversations to be made known

Interviews: Confidential interviews with each member of the team: 45 -50 minutes by phone.

After the calls have been completed, we’ll collate the information to identify common themes, patterns and omissions in the data to produce a report for review with the executive team via phone.
